Are socks required?

Yes! We do not allow shoes in our play area. There will be cubbies inside of the entrance for your shoes and belongings! If you forgot socks, you can purchase them at the front desk for $2 per pair.

Are snacks and drinks allowed?

Yes! You’re welcome to bring snacks and drinks to enjoy at our tables in the kitchen area. If you forgot your snacks, we have some available for an additional fee! Please be advised, we are a nut free facility.

Are parents required to stay and watch children?

Yes! Children need to be supervised at all times by their parents or caregivers.

What is the age range at The Playhouse?

0 - 6 years!

Is there a pumping/nursing area?

Yes! We have a private area for nursing/pumping Mama’s, if desired!

Is there a changing table?

Yes! We have a changing table in our bathroom with stocked supplies if you forgot yours!

How many adults are allowed per family?

Because of our strict occupancy guidelines, we are allowing 2 adults per family free with admission and any extra adult will be a $10 fee.

What do I need to do to plan a visit?

Please sign up through our website with our Open play, Membership or Play pack options or give us a call and we can help you! With each visit, we require you to sign our online waiver you can find in the “waiver” tab on our menu!

What is your cancellation policy?

All cancellations for open play will receive a full refund if cancelled the day prior to the booked time slot. All cancellations the day of the booked time slot will not receive a refund but instead given the choice to reschedule on another day!
